Phoenix City 2021 (Reprise) is now available online. The 16min adaptation of the longer gallery work, commissioned for Coventry Biennial’s HYPER-POSSIBLE at the Herbert Gallery, was produced with the collaboration of composer Abul Mogard. It features reworks of the movements of Mozart’s Requiem featured in the original work, a new original compositions from Abul Mogard.

The reprise project was supported by Coventry University and University of Warwick via a Coventry Creates commission, in which Mel Jordan and I produced new work through exchanges on the theme of imagining the city as a space for social change (see here).
